No Returns or Refunds

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to all products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@pivotiqlife.com 

with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

We will review the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing begins immediately to ensure timely dispatch.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed, as per EU consumer regulations.
